Our school received an ERASMUS grant (KA-229) for our project entitled LocuRoma, which included 3 schools in the European Union (in Spain, Portugal and France).

The theme of our project is Ancient Cultures and our goal was to create a short film in Spanish. The story, script and direction were the result of a collaborative writing process and a collective work between the three schools.

10 students from high school participated in this project over a two-year period. It ended in February 2021.

Because of the sanitary situation, the last mobility of the project (in Lyon) was cancelled.

In order to encourage all the administrative, educational, pedagogical and management teams and to support our students in these difficult moments, we created a video (the making-of of the short film) :

We are pleased to present the short film of the ERASMUS + project "LocuRoma". The scenes were shot in the amphitheatres of Freiria (Portugal), Medellin and Merida (Spain). Unfortunately, the scenes planned at the Lugdunum Museum in Lyon were cancelled in March 2020. However, the students and teachers involved in the ERASMUS + project are happy to present the final product of "LocuRoma, lios en el teatro":

On Thursday, October 15, 2019, we celebrated the ERASMUS DAYS with our seven students who were part of the ERASMUS + project "LocuRoma".

Our seven participants made videos in Spanish to talk about their ERASMUS experience, and then, we had a video conference with our partners:

  • Agrupamento de Escolas de Carcavelos (Portugal)
  • IES Luis Chamizo de Don Benito (Spain).

It was a nice meeting between the three partner schools.

¡Qué viva ERASMUS! ¡Viva!

Our project entitled Learning A Living Language, A Necessary Step In Becoming A Future European Actor, started in September 2017 and ended in August 2019.

The participants involved were 6 teachers (coordinators) and 18 students from 3 different countries: 6 Spanish students from Colegio de la Asunción Vallecas in Madrid, 6 Slovak students from Gymnázium Matky Alexie in Bratislava, and 6 students from our school, Lycée Assomption Bellevue.

Our work was based on questionnaires created by the students and surveys conducted in the three partner countries on foreign language learning. The project participants were trained in the creation, processing and analysis of the questionnaires and surveys.
