Notes from The choir
The children learnt several songs from Anglophone culture : two gospels, a children's traditional round, a Pop song from the Beatles that you can sing along at home (the scores are in their yellow folder).
First, they learnt group organisation with a "chair-leader" to hand out the chairs quietly. Then, after learning how to do warm ups, one student lead this shaping up activity, which is a good way to revise parts of the body.
Finally, they gathered round the piano to sing together. Every Thursday I was blessed to see happy faces and I must say, quite a good improvement for singing too !
